Booking and Securing Your Wedding Date

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and I'm honored to be part of your special celebration. To ensure your date is reserved exclusively for you and your bridal party, please review the following booking procedures:

Deposit Requirements

  • All wedding day bookings are secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The minimum deposit amount is £150, though this may vary depending on the size of your bridal party and the number of people requiring makeup services.

  • For weddings taking place within the United Kingdom, this non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the final balance owing for your wedding day services.

  • For destination weddings or bookings outside of the UK, a personalized quote will be provided based on your specific location, travel requirements, and the scope of services needed. Please get in touch to discuss your international wedding plans.

Securing Your Date

  • Your wedding date is not officially secured until the deposit has been received and cleared. This deposit must be paid prior to your makeup trial appointment.

  • Please note that I often receive multiple inquiries for popular wedding dates, particularly during peak wedding season (May through September). To avoid disappointment, I recommend securing your booking as early as possible.

  • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Should you decide not to proceed with the booking after your trial, or if you need to cancel for any reason, the deposit will be retained to cover the time and date that has been reserved for you.

Travel Expenses

  • Travel charges apply to both your makeup trial and your wedding day at a rate of 50p per mile for the return journey, calculated from my base location.

  • Additional parking fees will be charged if applicable at your chosen venue or location.

  • Travel costs will be calculated and communicated to you during the booking process, so there are no surprises.

Makeup Trials

Your makeup trial is an essential opportunity for us to collaborate and create your perfect bridal look. It's a chance to experiment with different styles, discuss your vision, and ensure you feel absolutely confident and beautiful on your wedding day.

Trial Session Details

  • Each makeup trial appointment is allocated up to 90 minutes. This allows ample time to discuss your preferences, try different looks, and make any adjustments needed.

  • If you require additional time or would like to explore multiple different looks, a second trial session can be booked at the same rate. This is particularly popular with brides who are considering dramatically different styles or want to see both a natural and more glamorous option.

  • Trial sessions start at £100 per person. Pricing may vary based on the complexity of the look, specific product requirements, or additional services requested.

Trial Location and Travel

  • Trials can be held at a location that is convenient and comfortable for you. This might be your home, your wedding venue, a hotel, or another preferred location.

  • Travel to your trial location is charged at 50p per mile, calculated from my base location at KT22 7LX.

  • If traveling by public transport, the actual cost of transportation will be charged to ensure fair and transparent pricing.

  • During your trial, please have good natural lighting available and feel free to bring inspiration photos, your wedding dress or photos of it, and any specific makeup products you love or want incorporated.

Payment Terms and Fees for Your Wedding Day

Final Payment Schedule

  • Full payment for all wedding day services must be received no later than two weeks (14 days) before your wedding date. This allows me to finalize all preparations, confirm timings, and ensure everything is in place for your special day.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, and full payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

  • Failure to provide payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of services, with the deposit retained.

Changes to Your Bridal Party

  • If the number of people requiring makeup services decreases after your non-refundable deposit has been paid, you will still be charged for the originally agreed number of people. This is because time has been allocated and other potential bookings may have been declined to accommodate your party size.

  • Additional people can be added to your booking provided they can be accommodated within the available time and schedule. Please provide as much advance notice as possible when adding members to your bridal party
